Texas BBQ Foods reserves the right to change prices without notice. All prices are GST inclusive and are displayed and processed in New Zealand Dollars. Delivery is a flat fee based on whether you are in the North Island or South Island.
All mandatory fields need to be completed when ordering. This will help us ensure that we can contact you about your order and deliver the products to you (at your correct address).
Payment of the price and delivery charges, if applicable, must be made at the point of ordering. Where applicable, if any payment is not paid on time or any payment is rejected or refused, the amount owing will be treated as overdue and the Supplier will be entitled immediately to cease or suspend the provision of any Service or further deliveries of Goods until payment has been received.
You can pay by any major credit card when you submit your order. We use secure systems to safeguard your details at every step of the way. We don’t hold your credit card details.
Once we process your order, an automated confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail. This is your GST invoice.
If you have second thoughts about your order, please contact us as soon as possible after ordering. We will try our hardest to meet your request.
We will deliver the products to the address specified by you at the time of your order. As well as your home address, we are happy to deliver to your workplace. For obvious reasons, we can’t deliver to a PO Box address and Rural addresses. To ensure a successful delivery, please notify us as soon as possible if your delivery address, e-mail address or contact telephone details change.
If your delivery is delayed, we will advise you as soon as we discover the delay and tell you of the expected delivery date. If we can’t deliver your order within one week from the Shipping Date specified in your order, we will gladly cancel your order and refund the purchase price. If you are happy to wait, we will keep your order in our system and let you know as soon as a delivery date is known.

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are unhappy with our products or you do not receive the products you expected, we will do everything in our power to rectify the situation to your satisfaction. If the issue can’t be resolved, we will happily refund the purchase price paid.
